Regular practice of Pranayama techniques that Anna taught me helped me improve my mental health a lot. I struggled with insomnia and hot flashes, but regular morning Pranayama Sadhana made me forget what insomnia is. I now sleep deeply, wake up refreshed. I also noticed that my energy levels increased and I became much calmer and do not get triggered that much at work. I must add that you need to practice regularly if you want to see the results. About me

My name is Anna and I am Pranayama Teacher and Yantra Mentor. I am dedicated to help people improve their physical and mental wellbeing, quality of their lives, energy levels by teaching them ancient Pranayama breath techniques. I am also passionate about helping people to get to know themselves better and to align their lives to their soul mission, by using Yantra - analysing their Dharma Marga (Birth Path), Karma Yuga (stage of their karmic journey they are walking on right now), as well as helping people explore whether their name strengthens their journey or creates challenges.
